**Job description**

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized **General Administrative Assistant**to support day-to-day office operations and provide personalized assistance to the Director.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure smooth daily operations of the office, including procurement of office supplies, facility management, and coordination with vendors.
- Maintain general office inventory and handle asset tracking.
- Support company events, meetings, and internal communication activities.
- Handle document filing, mail distribution, and basic HR or administrative tasks.
- Assist with internal compliance and administrative reporting.
- Manage the Director’s schedule, including meetings and appointments
- Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, presentations, and reports as requested.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Support personal or non-business matters for the Director when needed (e.g., errands, reservations, reminders).

**Qualifications**:

- Well organized, detail-oriented and able to prioritize multiple assignments
- Good English communication skills in both written and verbal
- Possessing the ability to multitask
- Proactive with the ability to work independently
- Two years experience in an administrative role
