**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures; ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration and conduct performance reviews.
- Handle performance management tasks and support employees with HR-related inquiries.
- Maintain accurate employee records and provide reports and analysis on HR metrics and initiatives.
- Foster a positive work environment and enhance employee engagement.
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment process as needed.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Willing to be located in **Surabaya**.
- Bachelor's degree in **Psychology, Human Resources, Management, **or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year experience working in a similar role.
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach.
- Additional HR training will be a plus.
