Job Responsibilities:
As an **HR Staff**, you will assist the HR team in various administrative and operational activities, including:

- Assisting in **recruitment** processes: posting jobs, screening applicants, scheduling interviews.
- Supporting **onboarding and offboarding** processes.
- Maintaining and organizing employee **data, documents, and records**.
- Helping track **attendance, leave, and payroll-related data**.
- Assisting with **internal communication, employee engagement**, and event coordination.
- Supporting **training & development** initiatives.
- Ensuring HR policies and procedures are well implemented.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor law and basic HR functions.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
