**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse operations or purchasing, preferably in F&B or retail sectors
- Strong understanding of inventory management systems and purchasing processes
- Familiarity with warehouse equipmen and safety protocols
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and purchasing software/tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Speak English

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain inventory, ensuring that stock levels are accurately tracked and aligned with company needs
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods
- Oversee the purchasing process from order creation to delivery, ensuring products meet quality and quantity requirements
- Monitor inventory levels, track purchases, and place reorders when necessary
- Assist in managing purchasing budgets and identifying cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure proper handling and storage of purchased items in the warehouse according to safety standards
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure smooth receiving and storage of products
- Maintain accurate records of all purchasing transactions, including invoices and purchase orders
