About the role

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the smooth and efficient operations of our warehouse facility in Tangerang, Banten. This full-time position is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate storage, retrieval, and distribution of all goods and materials. You will be part of a dynamic team contributing to the broader objectives of our organisation within the manufacturing, transportation, and logistics industry.

What you'll be doing

  1. Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the warehouse team, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of goods
  2. Implement and maintain effective inventory control systems to optimise storage space and minimise losses
  3. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to warehouse productivity, accuracy, and efficiency
  4. Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of warehouse operations with other business activities
  5. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance overall warehouse performance
  6. Provide training and development opportunities for warehouse staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations within the warehouse environment

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory role, preferably within the manufacturing or retail industry
  2. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate a team
  4. Proficient in the use of warehouse management systems and inventory tracking software
  5. Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols and experience in implementing continuous improvement initiatives
