**About the role**

The general marketing admin also assists the operational administration in confirming participation in activities to support the company's goals in conveying product knowledge and other competencies to agents.

**What You Will Do**
- Inputing primary and secondary property data include reporting, updating unit availability and controlling the advertising period based on stock or time the litsing posted.
- Collect information related to promotions or programs from platforms used by Discovery Property agents.
- Make a meeting with the user agent and explain the listing input work activities to the assisted agents.
- Coordinate with other parties both inside and outside Discovery Property regarding the work being undertaken.
- Assist the work of other divisions as long as related to marketing activities and property data.
- Have the ability to operate the technology used in the work process.

**What You Will Need**
- Senior High School / Vocational High School
- Having a PC or laptop is preferable.
- Having a motorcycle is preferable.
- Work experience relevant to the job desc.
- Have analytical skills, creative, honest, agile, good work attitude, diligent and thorough.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team to complete tight deadlines.
- Ability to communicate effectively and deliver explanations to agents and coworkers.
- Domiciled in the Bandung city area.
