Job Role:

- Administrative Tasks: Manage scheduling, maintain records, organize files, and support the marketing team with various administrative duties.
- Campaign Support: Assist in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Marketplace Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data from advertising campaigns to identify performance trends and provide actionable insights.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular performance reports, highlighting key metrics and insights to the marketing team.
- Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to support campaign planning and strategy.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Fashion Management, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts and tools.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and advertising.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Eager to learn and take initiative on tasks.
- Interest in fashion trends and innovative marketing strategies.
