Evermos is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Junior Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. You will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts, focusing on optimizing campaign performance and increasing ROI.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning, developing, and managing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tiktok Ads, etc.)
- Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to achieve business goals and KPIs
- Conduct creative strategist, keyword research, and competitor analysis to enhance marketing strategies
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure spending aligns with set targets by platform
- Prepare performance reports and provide recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging and effective ad materials
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in digital marketing

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Work or internship experience in digital marketing is a plus
- Basic knowledge of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tiktok Ads, etc.
- familiarity with mobile measurement platform
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work both in a team and independently
- Communicative, proactive, and results-oriented
- Understanding of web analytics tools like Google Analytics
