About the Program

MIL Digital, a growing Digital Marketing Consultant based in Bandung, is opening a 6-Month Paid Trainee Program for final-year students and fresh graduates who are passionate about digital marketing and eager to kickstart their careers in the industry.

You'll be mentored directly by Business Consultants and Ads Strategists, gain real exposure to client projects, and develop both analytical and strategic skills essential for a career in digital marketing.

Responsibilities

As a trainee, you'll have hands-on experience in the daily operations of digital marketing consultancy, including:

• Collaborate with
  Ads Strategists
  to build and optimize digital campaigns.
• Attend and contribute to
  client meetings
  .
• Communicate effectively and maintain good
  SLA (Service Level Agreement)
  with clients and team members.
• Participate in training and earn
  digital certifications
  (Meta Blueprint, Google Ads, Google Analytics).
• Act as a
  "Good Doctor & Growth Hacker",
  analyze campaign performance, diagnose issues, and recommend improvements.
• Review and monitor
  daily tracking performance
  on ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok).
• Prepare
  meeting agendas
  , strategy decks, and performance reports.
• Join
  internal learning sessions
  and contribute to
  MIL Digital events
  (e.g., webinars, team initiatives).
• (Optional) Learn to operate
  Shopify
  and understand client e-commerce setups.

Qualifications

We're looking for curious, fast-learning individuals who are passionate about growth and problem-solving.

• Final-year student or fresh graduate (any major: Marketing, Business, Communication, or Design preferred)
• Deep interest in digital marketing and performance strategy
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn new tools
• Familiarity with Google Sheets, Canva, or Ads Platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok) is a plus
• Based in Bandung or willing to work in a hybrid setting
