**Responsibility**
- Business strategy manager will handle the B2B Sourcing business and will have a huge role and impact to accelerate the business both by providing an executable strategy on how to acquire new customers outside current Evermos (Everpro) or existing core customers.
- Overseeing B2B Sourcing business achievement on a day-to-day basis.
- Maintain a healthy financial & operational for B2B Sourcing
- Maintain team performance & coordinate with internal & external stakeholders on how to achieve business goals.
- Responsible for the development of the team including skill and personal development.

**Requirements**:

- Having a huge understanding of supply management and demand creation
- Have knowledge and networks of retail suppliers
- Having good business acumen and leadership
- Experience in sales (especially B2B) at least 3 years
- Having a growth mindset & can do attitude
- Understand financial metrics that impact B2B Sourcing business
