- Experience in administration and high-volume office work may be advantageous
- An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- A good communicator, willing to support someone proactively
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Computer literacy, IT skills, and good typing skills
- Excellent teamwork, motivational, good interpersonal skills, good communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask

**About work**仕事内容について**:
Answering customer inquiries and input the right information into the system, scheduling meetings and sales appointments, and following up with customers about their order status
Compiling any sales information, sales reports, projects management in the system, and providing sales data
Performing data entry tasks for sales figures and other relevant information and maintaining an organized and accessible filing system
Managing sample shipments to customers and inter companies
Managing customer accounts, following up with customers for administrative purposes, and providing troubleshooting assistance for orders, account status, and other problems
Handling administrative duties for the company and management teams
Reporting any unusual activity to your supervisors
Other sales support related tasks assigned by superiors.
Welcoming guest, phone call and transfer to the team
