Position overview*

We are looking for an experienced **Maintenance Supervisor** who has a strong analytical and technical skills to join our team in **Surabaya, Indonesia**. You will be responsible for maintaining and modifying plant and equipments to effect both efficient resource usage and quality service according to planned work programs, as well as for giving priority to safety and environment impact, and effecting plant reliability and efficiency.
You will also involve in managing and executing the capex project align with site manager direction.

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise, manage, recruit, organize and develop maintenance department.
- Continuously develop and implement reliability programs, preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance programs.
- Conduct detailed root cause analysis on failures to prevent reoccurrence.
- Support Mechanical Integrity program and ensure compliance with all regulatory activities.
- Establish and meet maintenance budgets.
- Define a spare part strategy and manage the inventory of maintenance equipment and spare parts; repair equipment when needed.
- Plan and coordinate activities related to emergency equipment breakdown or failure.
- Communicate significant maintenance activities and work with Supply Chain and Production.
- Effectively manage plant shutdowns with detailed plans.
- Evaluate outside contractors/vendors. Make optimal decisions on when to outsource.
- Participate in or lead on project execution teams.
**Required skills and experience**
- 8 years equipment troubleshooting experience in chemical Industry/refinery industry/mechanical industry.
- Knowledge of Maintenance programs and tools.
- Strong Leadership, People Management & Development skills.
- Experience in Change Management.
- Good Project Management experience.
- Good planning and scheduling skills.
- Fluency in both local language and English.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
