1. Bachelor’s degree of Chemistry Engineering, Food Technology or other related fields.
2. Minimum 3-5 years of implementing and managing Continuous Improvement projects is required;
3. 3 years experience in a food and/or beverage production/manufacturing environment;
4. least 3-5 years leading a production team within the food and/or beverage industry;
5. Minimum 5 years of experience in a Production Supervisor role;
6. Analyzing work orders to estimate employee hours, as well as creating equipment operating schedules;
7. Leading team members to achieve production targets in a safe and efficient manner. Tanggung Jawab
1. quality control to achieve sustained and improved efficiencies;
2. food safety procedures and policies;
3. coordinating production activities with procurement,
4. Maintenance;
5. scheduling, reporting, and conducting regular visual line checks to insure proper dating, labeling, and packaging;

7. strong attention to detail while completing daily tasks;
8. Overseeing the production function, with 10-20 direct reports;
