DESIGNATION : Legal Associate

RESPONSIBILITIES
**Main Responsibility**
Handling legal issues both internally and externally, as well as protecting the organization or company they work for to prevent legal problems.

**Job Function**
- Creating and reviewing legal documents.
- Conducting an inventory of legal documents in both hard copy and electronic formats.
- Drafting legal documents, including but not limited to, statements and powers of attorney.
- Reviewing contracts
- Conducting an inventory of legal documents, including but not limited to, contracts, powers of attorney, statements, and permits.
- Providing legal opinions to the Company's internal team
- Conducting legal assessments
- Ensuring the Company's business operations comply with applicable laws and regulations.

**Performance Indicator**
- Able to draft and review legal documents.
- Capable of communicating and collaborating with other divisions to provide effective solutions.
- Skilled in conducting document inventory in both hard copy and electronic formats.
- Proficient in conducting research on legal aspects related to the company.
- Able to provide legal opinions related to the Company's business operations.

OTHER INFORMATION
**Requirements**:

- Less than 2 years of experience in the legal field.
- Experience in the financial industry is a plus.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of applicable government regulations.
- Experience in legal research and/or conducting legal due diligence.
- Bachelor of Law graduate from a reputable university in Indonesia.
