Role Overview

We are seeking a capable and proactive
Legal Associate
to support our expanding group of businesses. The role will initially focus on coordinating with our external legal counsel, managing documentation, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

As the company grows, there will be opportunities to take on broader responsibilities — including contract review, legal advisory, and corporate governance — depending on the candidate's experience and capability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with external law firms and internal teams on corporate and regulatory matters.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain legal and corporate documentation.
  • Support company secretarial functions and compliance monitoring.
  • Assist in reviewing and drafting contracts and internal legal documents.
  • Conduct legal research and provide preliminary input to management.
  • Ensure smooth communication and document flow between business units and legal partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Law (S.H.)
  • 2–3 years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
  • Strong understanding of corporate and commercial law.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
  • High integrity, adaptability, and willingness to grow into an expanded legal role.
