Job Vacancy – Legal Associate

Location: Head Office (Pluit, Jakarta Utara)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Legal Associate to join our team and support legal administrative tasks and clinic licensing processes. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to start their career in legal and compliance-related roles.

Job Description:

  • Assist with the application, renewal, and management of clinic operational permits (e.g., SIP, STR, SIK, OSS, etc.).
  • Prepare and organize legal documents, contracts, and licensing paperwork.
  • Coordinate with government institutions (e.g., Health Department, OSS, BPOM) for licensing-related matters.
  • Ensure timely renewal of permits and maintain accurate records of all documents.
  • Support the legal team during audits or inspections by regulatory authorities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized with strong documentation skills.
  • Good communication skills and comfortable interacting with government offices.
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment.
