**Job Title**: Senior Legal Supervisor (Building Project)

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Legal professional to join our team and provide expert legal guidance for our upcoming building project.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide legal guidance on property development and construction-related matters, including zoning, land acquisition, and environmental regulations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local, regional, and national building regulations and laws.
- Handle the following permits, certifications, and legal processes:

- Banjar & Desa Permission before the project begins
- Project Permission to neighbors before the project starts
- Coordination and handling of any local community issues during the project
- SLF (Sertifikat Laik Fungsi) certification based on Government Regulation during project design
- IMB (Izin Mendirikan Bangunan) & PBG (Persetujuan Bangunan Gedung) certification licenses
- Employment Agreement Letters with contractors (SPK)
- AMDAL (Analisis Mengenai Dampak Lingkungan) certification
- UKL (Upaya Pengelolaan Lingkungan) & UPL (Upaya Pemantauan Lingkungan) certifications
- HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) standard certification
- CHSE (Clean, Health, Safety & Environment) standard certification
- Manage legal risks associated with the project and resolve potential disputes.
- Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies to secure necessary permits and approvals.
- Advise management on legal implications of project decisions.
- Stay updated on legal developments affecting the construction and property sectors.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) is required, Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in legal roles, with significant experience in property development or construction law.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian legal systems, regulations, and compliance requirements related to building projects.
- Proven experience in contract negotiation and drafting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders, including government authorities and local communities.
- Ability to work independently and handle complex legal matters with confidence.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
