DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN:
Planning (Merencanakan) kegiatan dan aktivitas pekerjaan.
Mampu Menjelaskan Deskripsi Pekerjaan Dengan Baik.
Bertanggung jawab untuk mengelola aktivitas layanan pelanggan.
Mengembangkan rencana strategis untuk meningkatkan tingkat kepuasan pelanggan.
Memberikan Motivasi kepada Tim CS & Telemarketing.
Mampu Memberikan Arahan pada Tim.
Mengatur & Memantau kinerja tim CS & Telemarketing.
Melakukan Kontrol dan Evaluasi Kinerja Karyawan.
Tinjau dan tangani semua hal yang berkaitan dengan laporan setiap hari.
KUALIFIKASI:
Pendidikan mínimal D3/S1 semua jurusan.
Usia maksimal 35 tahun.
Berpengalaman menjadi SPV/ Service Advisor / Team Leader mínimal 1-2 tahun (diutamakan).
Mampu mengoperasikan ms.office.
Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan yang baik.
Mempunyai strategi dalam mencapai target penjualan.
Komunikatif, supel, cekatan, bertanggung jawab.
Customer oriented, memiliki loyalitas dan dedikasi tinggi berorientasi pada target.
Mempunyai keinginan belajar yang tinggi.
Mempunyai Skill Sales Dan Marketing Menjadi nilai plus.
Mempunyai pengetahuan ALKES menjadi nilai plus.
Siap ditempatkan dimana saja (optional) diluar daerah Jabodetabek.
Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu
Gaji: Rp5.067.381 - Rp6.500.000 per bulan
