Javamifi is a technology company providing connectivity and Internet of Things (IoT) solutions, including international and domestic WiFi internet services for Indonesian customers and global travelers.

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Online Sales Supervisor to lead our Customer Service & Sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the CS Sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets.

  • Monitor customer service quality, including response time, case handling, and customer satisfaction.

  • Develop data-driven sales strategies to boost product and service performance.

  • Conduct regular training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and service excellence.

  • Handle escalated customer cases and provide fast, effective solutions.

  • Collaborate with operations, marketing, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth workflows.

  • Prepare and present sales and performance reports on a regular basis.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in any major.

  • At least 1–2 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor or Customer Service Supervisor.

  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.

  • Communicative, proactive, creative, and highly target-oriented.

  • Comfortable with mobile/field working and managing daily operations.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions.
