About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at PT YUK LAUNDRY ONLINE' in the vibrant city of South Jakarta. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and expanding our business by identifying and securing new client opportunities. This is a contract position, providing you the flexibility to contribute your expertise while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  2. Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to the local market
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional activities
  5. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our services
  6. Accurately forecast sales and monitor performance against targets
  7. Provide regular progress updates and insights to the management team
  8. Mentor and develop the sales team to ensure they are equipped to succeed

What we're looking for

  1. Proven sales experience: A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated success in a sales role, preferably within the new business development or commercial services industry
  2. Excellent communication skills: The ability to effectively engage with clients, present complex information, and negotiate favourable outcomes
  3. Strong commercial acumen: A deep understanding of the local market, industry trends, and the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities
  4. Leadership experience: The capability to motivate and guide a team of sales professionals to achieve their targets
  5. Adaptability: The flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and respond quickly to changing market conditions
