PT Dairin Karya Makmur, sebuah perusahaan ritel ternama di Indonesia, saat ini mencari seorang Sales Supervisor yang berpengalaman dan berdedikasi untuk membantu mengawasi dan mengelola tim penjualan di wilayah Jakarta Selatan. Sebagai Sales Supervisor, Anda akan memainkan peran strategis dalam meningkatkan kinerja tim penjualan dan memastikan kepuasan pelanggan yang prima.

Requirements :

  • Pendidikan Minimal S1 / Sederajat, Jurusan Management Bisnis, Akunting
  • Pengalaman 3 tahun sebagai Sales Supervisor, Sales Manager
  • Memiliki pengalaman di bidang retail dan FCMG
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, berpikir kritis dan analis
  • Memiliki leadership dan  mampu mengatur  sales , memahami strategi dan promosi dalam penjualan /sales offline dan online
  • Mahir excel dan  program accurate

Job Descriptions :

  • Melakukan penjualan product kepada client, target oriented
  • Memiliki kemampuan managerial dan lapangan
  • Menjaga kerjasama antara client dengan perusahaan dan melakukan analisa kebutuhan client
  • Melakukan presentasi dan negosiasi, menyiapkan administrasi, data dll, program dan proposal
  • Mampu bekerja pribadi maupun team
  • Mengerti apa yang harus dilakukan tanpa instruksi
  • Detail, rajin dan bersedia bekerja di bawah tekanan
  • Mengerjakan jobdesk- jobdesk tambahan yang diperlukan
