As an** Internal Audit Staff**, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our internal audit function, conducting audits, and providing valuable insights to enhance organizational efficiency and compliance.

**Requirements**:

- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable university.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of internal audit principles and practices, with a desire to develop expertise in the field.
- Possess excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to identify areas for process improvement.
- Showcase proficiency in audit techniques, methodologies, and tools, with a commitment to upholding audit standards.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with colleagues across departments to achieve audit objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Participate in internal audit engagements, assisting in the planning, execution, and reporting of audit findings.
- Conduct thorough reviews of organizational processes, systems, and controls, identifying areas of risk and opportunities for improvement.
- Document audit procedures, findings, and recommendations in accordance with established audit standards and protocols.
- Collaborate with audit team members to develop audit plans, schedules, and strategies to address audit objectives effectively.
- Provide support in the implementation of audit recommendations, monitoring progress and assisting in the resolution of audit issues.
