As a **CMO Staff (Credit Marketing Officer)**, you will be responsible for acquiring credit customers, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring smooth end-to-end credit processing to support our sales and financing growth.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK); a Diploma (D3) is preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in credit marketing, leasing, or sales (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work in the field, meet targets, and travel to prospective customer locations.
- Honest, disciplined, and customer-service oriented.

**Responsibilities**:

- Promote financing products to prospective customers and dealers.
- Build and maintain good relationships with dealers, customers, and internal teams.
- Achieve monthly credit approval and disbursement targets in line with company goals.
