About the Challenge

As part of the Internal Audit Team, you will play a key role in maintaining transparency, accountability, and efficiency—both in daily operations and project execution. Whether focusing on internal process audits or project-based evaluations, this role will allow you to identify risks, enhance control systems, and contribute to continuous improvement across the organization..

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in auditing or construction (fresh graduates are welcome).

  • Strong analytical thinking with high attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.

  • Demonstrates integrity, discipline, and willingness to travel for audit assignments or project reviews.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct internal audits on project execution and documentation.

  • Review compliance with technical specifications, procedures, and standards.

  • Identify risks, deviations, and propose corrective actions.

  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure follow-ups are implemented.

  • Prepare and present clear audit reports to management
