Maintain document control & manage internal audit
- Drives Continuous Improvement initiatives implementation which leads to Service-Level Agreement (SLA) improvements, quality improvements, productivity gain and cost reduction
- Ensure regular Operation Quality Assessment are done and to work with Operation to improve the quality
- Ensure Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) and Work Instruction for operations are available and updated according to the latest process change
**Qualifications**
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from any field, preferably in Business administration, Computer science, or related disciplines.
- At Least 1 year in Quality Management System (QMS) or Quality Assurance (QA)
- Proficient in quality standards and procedures (e.g.ISO 9001.27001)
- Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office (especially Excel) for data analysis and report)
- Good communication skills, both oral and written
- Excellent in problem-solving and analytical skills
- Expert Facilitator and able to manage all stakeholders
