Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Surabaya for a Quality Assurance (F&B) professional. The role involves implementing, monitoring, and improving quality assurance and quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Day-to-day tasks include conducting quality audits, ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), overseeing quality management systems, and collaborating with production teams to maintain product excellence and safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes
  • Knowledge of Quality Management systems and protocols
  • Experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Quality Auditing
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills for monitoring and managing quality standards
  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Background in food and beverage industry quality standards is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Management, or related field is advantageous
