Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Quality Assurance professional experienced in Indonesia's BPOM regulations. Based in Surabaya, the role involves overseeing and ensuring compliance with BPOM standards, conducting quality audits, implementing quality management systems, ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and collaborating with production teams to maintain product quality and safety. The candidate will also be responsible for identifying areas for process improvement and implementing solutions to enhance overall quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes, with a strong understanding of BPOM regulations.
  • Experience in Quality Management and establishing or maintaining quality management systems.
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and their application in compliance processes.
  • Skills in Quality Auditing to identify and address areas for improvement in operations.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to quality improvements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is highly desirable.
