We are working on behalf a multi-billion dollar organization and a top global player in the field of Palm products and consumer goods and now is looking for: Productio Supervisor Saponification & Glycerin.

Have good knowledge in developing manpower, managing downtime for high quality.

Job Descriptions:

- Hands on experience in Saponification (Preferably oil base saponification)vprocess and parameter and Glycerin Plant.
- Implements daily production plan in the section
- Ensure all manpower in SAPON 1 and Glycerin utilize as per SOP
- Ensure production output as per planning
- Ensure waste water treatment plant (WWTP) run properly
- Control B3 and Waste B3 in the Company
- Responsible for daily supervision of the section.
- Implement daily production plan.
- Control adequate material from Warehouse to run daily production.
- Coordinate with maintenance engineer regarding the breakdown maintenance, and the implementation of preventive maintenance, logistic and QC dept.
- To check & analyze detailed shift report which is prepared by Supervisor.
- To ensure product identification as per documented quality inspection procedures.
- To implement autonomous preventive maintenance
- To control material variances and give action plan to minimize them.
- To coordinate with logistic Department in case of change in daily plans.
- To coordinate with HRD in defining the number of workers needed in case of non-routine job needed.
- To be responsible for evaluating the performance of the individual personnel under by him
- To be responsible for housekeeping of the section.
- Comply with industrial safety regulations. Performs any other duties to him by production manager and/or superiors and Participate in maintaining the ISO 9001 & ISO 14001, SMK 3 implementation and GMP.

**Requirements**:

- Qualification Education : Chemical Engineering, Machine Engineering, Industrial Engineering
- Major : S1 Degree
- Language : English
- Computer : Good
- Experience Total experience : 5 Years in same position (Total experiences minimum 8-10 years)
- Industry : Soap or oleo chemical manufacture
