- Provides leadership in the balancing of compliance practices with other business initiatives to allow all objectives of the business to be satisfied
- Monitor production process and identify areas of improvement
- Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and process improvements
- Train and mentor new employees on proper process and procedure
- Investigate and resolve process and quality issues in a timely manne
- Generate reports detailing process performance and quality metrics
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the production process
- Liaise with upper management to provide updates on process changes and improvements
- Develop and implement process control plans

Requirement:

- Bachelor's of degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Proven system and procedure supervisor experience for at least 2 years in Automotive Industry or similar role
- Proficient in Hokkien
- Able to make flowcharts
- Mastering Ms. Excel, Word, Power Point & Visio
- Honest, conscientious, hard working, and responsible
- Can work together in teamwork
- Have at least the first COVID-19 vaccine

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: Rp5,000,000 - Rp9,000,000 per month
