**Responsibilities**:
- Assisting the SM and the team - CI, Financial Literacy and Inclusion in executing events starting from preparations to execution.
- Assisting the SM and the team - CI, Financial Literacy and Inclusion in executing administration process (contract, meeting minutes, invoice, PR, coupa related logbook, etc.)
- Assisting in having a good contact and networking with both internal & external stakeholders (partners, vendors, NGO, event organizers, volunteers, etc.)
- Assisting in managing CI Central Repository (MoU, monitoring reports, final reports, photos, videos, posters, etc.)
- Responsible of monthly CI media monitoring reporting
- Assisting in managing PRUVolunteers engagement activities and development
- To assist the SM & the team - CI, Financial Literacy and Inclusion in preparing sponsorship/donation proposals and follow up with the process of approval, payment and reporting
- To assist the SM & the team - CI, Financial Literacy and Inclusion in the communication, promotion, and digital of CI activities
**Requirements**:
- Graduated from a reputable university - at least SI/bachelor’s degree
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
- Possess very good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to deal with people at all levels
- A good team player who can work under minimum supervision
- Having an action oriented and positive attitude
- Ability to manage administration
- Conversant in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel and Power-point) and fluent in both written and spoken English - as well as basic knowledge on communication and project management.
- Willing to do WFO (3x a week) on Setiabudi, South Jakarta
- Commited to do 6 months internship period
