Key Responsibilities
- Manage the storage and distribution of natural stone
- Ensure proper handling and storage of delicate items
- Handling General Affairs in the warehouse
- Train new and current field operators to make sure all are at certain standards
- Ensure adherence to warehouse safety procedures and conduct regular safety inspections.
- Drive fully achieved performance targets for all warehouse staff, taking full responsibility for talent management and succession planning within your operations team
- Ensure that goods inward / stock control department is well organized and controlled to sufficiently support production and the goals of the business
- Ensure incoming product is recorded accurately and managed appropriately according to company procedure.
- Ensure timely delivery
- Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization to maximize storage capacity.
- Coordinate with other departments such as purchasing, sales, and logistics to ensure smooth operations.
- Track and analyze warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

Minimum Qualifications: Requirements
- Degree in S1 or S2 Management or Logistic
- Proven work experience as a Warehouse Manager in a manufacturing industry, preferrably 5-7 yrs in building materials
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management and supply chain principles and practices, management software or ERP
- Excellent strategical, problem solving and analytical skill
- Strong leadership and team management skills on the field
- Attention to details and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Understanding of supply chain management.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Thrive on challenges and rapid growth
