**About Us**:
OmniRaise is a new Marketing and Fundraising Agency serving the Non-Government /charity sector and specialising in face to face, phone and digital marketing. We work across Asia Pacific (Thailand, Singapore and Malaysia), with Indonesia as our newest addition.

We are looking for a highly driven and adaptable experienced Event Executive to join our newest team as part of our launch Indonesia. The role will involve managing high profile events and relationships, supporting the Events Heads in driving strategic planning to ensure the best possible planning and optimisation for our charity clients. You’ll be working closely with all members of the team, from Directors based in our existing markets to our F2F Salers Managers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build, maintain, expand and oversee the development event relationships with Malls, Hypermarkets, Corporate offices, government offices - Anything that could be considered a quality location for our F2F Teams.
- Comprehensive calendar of high-quality mall bookings in high traffic areas in accordance with the agreed event strategy
- Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly mall/event performance and financial reports, ensuring we’re achieving budgets.
- Provide a monthly sites/location roster to management
- Support and coordinate the set up & dismantling of event booths
- Inventory stock management.
- Ensure key strategic locations are secured long term at cost effective rates
- Create, execute and manage an effective long-term event booking strategy
- Develop a team of locally sourced staff
- Coordinate and liaise with Sales Managers within the business and plan sites for Sales Staff

**QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE**

**Education**:

- A University degree is desired but not essential. Considerable and relevant experience of high-volume event booking and planning is accepted in lieu.

Required Skills & Experience:

- At least 2 years’ hands-on experience of high volume event planning, including: Researching, planning and booking of event locations; Managing existing event relationships; ability to understand sales related data and to utilize for future planning; ability to develop business relations with current vendors and supplier; ability to manage staff work plans and ensure effective management of people and teams
- It would also be an advantage if the person has experience of a sales related environment
- It would be an advantage if the person has worked within a Face to Face, direct marketing or fundraising environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and exposure to working within a multi-cultural environment
- Strong negotiation skills
- Sense of urgency and optimism
- Target driven
- Ability to take initiative with minimum supervision
- Good oral and written communication skills in Thai and English
- Ability to manage a team of Event Executives and drive key metrics

**Salary**: Rp6,000,000 - Rp8,000,000 per month

**Education**:

- S1 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Event planning: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
