Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Public Relations, or related field
  • Proven experience as an Event Specialist or similar role, with a successful track record in planning and executing a variety of events
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, team members, vendors, and participants
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of event safety and risk management practices
  • Tech Savvy
  • Having Responsible to Life attitude

Job Descriptions:

  • Collaborate with team members to determine event objectives, themes, and requirements
  • Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Plan and execute all aspects of events, including venue selection, logistics, decorations, audiovisual setup, and attendee engagement
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts, obtain quotes, and ensure timely delivery of services
  • Manage event registrations, attendee lists, and RSVPs, and provide exceptional customer service to all participants
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events through various channels, including social media, email marketing, and traditional advertising
  • Oversee on-site event setup, including supervision of event committees, ensuring everything runs smoothly and according to the plan
