**KEY DETAILS OF THE ROLE**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **SALES & EVENTS EXECUTIVE** to join our team. The **SALES & EVENTS EXECUTIVE** will be responsible for driving sales and managing events to increase revenue for our business. This position requires excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills to ensure successful events and sales initiatives.

Salary Range (Monthly)**:12,000,000 IDR to 17,000,000 IDR**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new sales opportunities through research, networking, and attending industry events.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales initiatives.
- Manage the entire event planning process from start to finish, including budgeting, venue selection, catering, logistics, and onsite management.
- Coordinate with event vendors, such as photographers, caterers, and AV companies, to ensure events are executed flawlessly.
- Develop event proposals and presentations to pitch to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients and vendors.
- Manage event budgets and provide regular reports on budget status.
- Work with the sales team to identify potential sponsors and secure sponsorships for events.
- Ensure events and sales initiatives are aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure events are innovative and successful.
- Any other duties as determined by the Events Manager

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Proven experience in sales and event planning.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Experience with event planning software is a plus.
- Knowledge of the IT, AV and events industries is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- **Fluent in spoken and written English**

**Salary**: Rp12,000,000 - Rp17,000,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
