- Build and maintain strong relationships with media contacts

- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, content creation, and social media, to ensure PR efforts are aligned with overall brand objectives.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, news, and developments to leverage relevant opportunities for PR initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience 1-3 working in public relations, preferably within a digital agency or related industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key media contacts and stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of the digital media landscape, social media platforms, and emerging trends.
- Demonstrated ability to craft compelling press materials and secure media coverage.
- Proficiency in media monitoring tools and PR analytics to track and measure campaign performance.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to PR initiatives.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
- Team player.

**Salary**: Rp7,000,000 - Rp9,000,000 per month
