We are now looking for a position as GM Operations for a leading lifestyle retailer company with key responsibilities: - Store expansion: Initiate new opportunities to open stores in new/potential area and observe underperforming stores for any relocation/closure - Ensure product availability, regular coordination with Allocator/MD team for existing/opening/closing stores - Liaise with Finance on trade margin for Department store - Regular meeting with Ops team to create strategic planning to achieve sales target - Develop potential leader within the team to be deployed to new/prospective area - Work closely with Training team to improve staff ability in soft skills (customer service) and product knowledge - Monitor daily store activity in compliance to SOP standard (ie. SRB, store checklist, mapping, etc) - Make sure store display based on guidelines per concept - Review/update store layout to improve commercial viability - Job Reguirements: - Min. Bachelor degree in any related field - Min.
