**About the Client**:
A leading multinational beauty company is looking for Brand GM to manage the brand business in Indonesia by gaining market share focusing on multi-channel while protecting the Brand image.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build sales & operational Marketing strategy and increase profitability.
- Work and prepare all the budget and revised budget with the Regional team.
- Responsible for monitoring net sales (outlook) and sell-out.
- Retailer : Meet with retailers to define, negotiate and implement the right strategy to grow our business.
- Work closely with Regional support services to adapt regional strategy.
- Market visit: Perform regular market visit to be sure Merchandising strategy and guidelines are well implemented and to monitor competitors activity.
- Give strong input to Regional team on market needs and trends.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Min. Bachelor's Degree from reputable university
- Minimum 10+ years experience in luxury beauty/fashion
- Strong analyze capability and open minded.
- Entrepreneurial thinking. Figures oriented and P&L knowledge.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Good communications skills.
- Management skills and Team spirit.
