We are delighted to bring you this excellent senior level opportunity for our client, a multispecies feed manufacturer with numerous years of presence and success in Indonesia. As the GM Business Operations - Aquaculture you will lead the Aquaculture business to achieve financial targets and strategic objectives to ensure the future growth and prosperity of aquafeed business in Indonesia. The role is reporting to Country Director.

**Being the GM Business Operations - Aquaculture, your** **primary** **responsibilities** **will** **include**:

- Oversee, both short and long term, business strategic plan to ensure that business is continuously performing at an efficient cost.
- Managing the P&L for the all of the Aquaculture feedmill operation.
- Increase our client’s visibility and business potentials in the Indonesian Aquaculture feedmill industry through developing relations with influential customers, key decision makers and potential customers.
- Actively develop and lead implementation of new initiative to continuously strengthen and grow a profitable Aquaculture business in Indonesia.
- A bachelor degree in any related science, an advantage if you have a master of Business Administration
- Minimum of 10 years in a senior leadership role in Indonesia Aquaculture industry. Preferably 5 years of relevant experience holding sales management role.
- Proven success in efficiently leading a feedmill operation, including from commercial and financial standpoint.
- Fluent in English and able to stay in Jakarta.
- Open to Indonesian nationalities and Expatriates with experience minimum 10 years in Aquaculture industry in Indonesia.
