**Overview**

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Local Director** to lead our regional office operations in Jakarta. This role is integral to our strategic expansion, requiring a professional who can manage day-to-day operations, lead and develop local teams, and serve as the primary liaison between the regional office and our global headquarters.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Operational Leadership**: Oversee all aspects of the local office's operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with the company's global standards.
- **Team Management**: Lead, mentor, and develop local teams, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- **Strategic Implementation**: Execute company strategies at the local level, adapting them to regional contexts and market dynamics.
- **Financial Oversight**: Manage the office's budget, monitor expenditures, and ensure financial targets are met.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular reports to the CEO on operational performance, challenges, and opportunities.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Build and maintain relationships with local stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory bodies.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct ongoing research to understand local market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, with at least 3 years in a similar capacity overseeing office operations and team management.
- **Skills**:

- Strong leadership and people management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in financial management and budgeting.
- Ability to analyze complex situations and make strategic decisions.
- Familiarity with local business practices and regulatory environments.
- **Language**: Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
