The role will be processing and controlling all trade finance transactions (especially PIC processing and controlling of Import transactions and financing). Ensuring all transactions are in accordance with international rules & regulation, local law & regulation, and bank’s policies

**Your key responsibilities**:

- Perform pre-checking according to internal regulation such as put time stamp on the time receive customer’s instruction, signature verification and call back customer (if needed), register, scan, and upload transactions)
- Ensure all documents are in place before input and releasing transactions.
- Process and control trade finance transactions (letter of credit, local letter of credit (SKBDN), import and export transactions, documentary collection, financing, guarantee and standby lc) in accordance with international rules, local regulations, and bank’s policies.
- Process and control transactions for issuing LC, amendment, cancellation, lodgement of claims and payments.
- Perform document presentation checking as per credit terms and conditions, ensure comply with international rules or local regulations.
- Process and control transaction for trade financing and settlement.
- Process and control transaction for issuing bank guarantee and counter guarantee, amendment, cancellation, and claim.
- Monitor and follow up of any unsettle bank’s commission.
- Reconciliation and report nostro and internal account.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly internal reports.
- Working with other departments, such as business, compliance, and loan to facilitate smooth trade transactions.
- Carry out other tasks assigned by Line Manager related to Trade Transactions.

**Your skills and experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree from any disciplines.
- Minimum 5 (five) year experience in trade finance oicer.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Preferable but not essential CDCS is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of all trade finance products (import and export letter of credit, local letter of credit/SKBDN, standby letter of credit, collection, negotiation, discount, LC settlement, document checking, bank guarantee and counter guarantee.
- Strong understanding of all ICC rules e.g., latest version of UCP and ISBP for the examination of documents, Incoterms, URC for collection, ISP for standby letter of credit, URDG for guarantee and PBI for SKBDN and local guarantee.
- Excellent working knowledge of SWIFT.
- Possess strong analytical skills.
- High sense of accuracy and attention to details.
- Strong work ethics with passion for championing excellent customer satisfaction.
