Finance Manager-operations

**BASIC FUNCTION**

Responsible for reporting, controlling and monitoring Plant performance / Dashboard (Costing) to achieved company targets.

**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead the costing operation in Indonesia plant.
- Ensure daily cost maintenance on timely basis with accuracy.
- Lead the month-end costing closing.
- Analyze the cost variances from material, labor and overheads, find out root causes and drive actions to improve.
- Review and ensure the accuracy of shop floor data.
- Prepare monthly management reports to reflect operation performance.
- Support new product cost setup and testing.
- Review and optimize plant indirect spending.
- Review purchasing and payment requisition to ensure payment in line with budget and company process.
- Be able to response to business dynamics with cost implications to support business decisions.
- Enhance working with AP / Indonesia FP&A team and SSC accounting team to ensure flawlessly work process.
- Be able to enhance the costing process to support business needs.
- Drive operation efficiency improvement.
- Closely partnering with plant manager and operation team to provide financial supports.
- Analyze the monthly operation performance and find out the root cause of efficiency changes.
- Be familiar with shop floor operation, and understand the changes through observation.
- Provide advice to plant team to highlight operation issues and improvement opportunities.
- Support plant teams to drive cost reduction initiatives, and justify the results.
- Be able to lead project from finance perspective to drive improvement in operation efficiency and cost.
- Lead the CAPEX Management.
- Lead the CAPEX planning and coordinate with CAPEX owners on execution in plant.
- Be able to review the rationality of CAPEX initiatives, in terms of purpose, cost and payback.
- Lead key operation planning process in plant.
- Monthly rolling forecast on cost.
- Annual budgeting.
- Annual standard cost updating.
- Support and enhance the internal control in plant.
- Ensure the plant operating activities all compliant with regulations and policies.
- Be able to identify risks from safety and environment, fixed assets management, inventory management, shop floor data accuracy, and indirect sourcing management. And drive improvement actions.

**RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS**

Supervisory Relationships: (report line)
- Report to Senior Manager-Finance-Financial Planning & Analysis/Controlling, Asia Pacific

Organization Relationship: (internal contact)
- Keep close contact with Operation, ACSC, Supply Chain, Marketing and Sales Departments of KAID, Finance Departments of KAID and Kohler AP;
- Keep constant contact with Global Vitreous team and Kohler other entities.

External Business Relationships: (External contact)
- Keep occasional contact with local governments.

**Skills/Requirements**
- University degree or above in accounting or related major.
- Over 8 year working experience in accounting and finance, including 5 years costing-related working experience.
- Familiar with Microsoft office software, SAP experience will be preferred.
- Fluent in English language in written and speaking.
- Good communication and influential skills.
- People manager or with leadership experience will be preferred.
- Team-work spirit.
