Understanding of local tax regulations and policies such as PPH, PPN and etc
- Ensure all tax returns and tax declarations are submitted correctly and accurately.
- Manage and oversee the annual budgeting, rolling forecast, and long-range financial planning processes.
- Lead the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis and management reporting.
- Drive improvements in financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Perform analysis of revenue performance and growth, profit and loss reports, operating variances, revenue reports and key performance indicators.
- Monitor costs, margins and pricing and highlight any major movement to management for corrective actions.

Working arrangement: Full WFO from Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Finance and Accounting, including significant managerial responsibilities.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Experience in import enterprises, online sales, or related industries is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of improving financial processes and systems.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential for effective communication and reporting.
- Proficiency in financial software and systems relevant to the industry.
