Job Description

  • Manage accounting, finance, and taxation functions to deliver accurate and timely reports in compliance with regulations.

  • Oversee cash flow, receivables, payables, and budgeting to ensure efficiency and maintain financial health.

  • Supervise financial transactions, POs, payments, bank reconciliations, and journal entries in line with company SOPs.

  • Develop and monitor financial and accounting systems & procedures to improve compliance and minimize risks.

  • Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic insights to management for investment, expansion, and operational decisions.

Qualification

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting, with at least 1–2 years in a Supervisor role.

  • Proven track record in managing financial operations, reporting, and tax compliance.

  • Strong leadership and ability to supervise/coach team members.

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).

  • Skilled in developing others, with a collaborative and supportive approach.

  • Strong planning & organizing abilities.

  • Problem-solving & decision-making mindset.

  • Highly detail-oriented and accurate in financial work.

  • Familiar with Accounting Software and Coretax
