PT ORI Polytec Composites, established in 1994, is a leading company specializing in machine-processed FRP products and providing services in engineering, manufacturing, and design.

We are currently seeking a Staff Account Payable professional who not only understands end-to-end payment processes but also has hands-on experience in treasury or cashier functions, particularly in managing daily cash flow, payment scheduling, and financial document control.

Job Description:

  • Manage the payment process to vendors, suppliers, and third parties in accordance with company policies and due dates.
  • Verify and match supporting documents such as invoices, purchase orders (PO), and delivery orders (DO) before processing payments.
  • Record accounts payable transactions accurately in the accounting system.
  • Schedule payments and ensure timely disbursement to avoid penalties or disruptions.
  • Communicate with vendors to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to billing.
  • Perform regular reconciliation of accounts payable with the general ledger.
  • Prepare monthly accounts payable reports and support month-end closing activities.
  • Maintain organized and complete documentation for all payments and related transactions.
  • Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to ensure smooth payment operations.
  • Monitor expense budgets related to external payments and flag any irregularities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in accounts payable, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, Accurate, or other ERP systems).
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity and the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Strong communication skills, especially in dealing with external vendors.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of taxation (VAT & withholding tax) and audit processes is a plus.
  • Willing to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Willing to be placed in the Delta Silicon 1 Cikarang area
