**Job Descriptions**:

- Answering customer’s questions via phone and/or live chat
- Maintaining and updating customers’ accounts
- Responding to customers’ complaint, determining the cause of the issue, selecting and explaining the best solutions to the customers
- Collecting and analyzing customer’s feedback for service improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Must be able to speak, read and write in **BAHASA INDO** and **MANDARIN**.
- Experience as **CS OFFICER** is preferred but not required.
- **WITHOUT** work experience in the same position are encouraged to apply.
- Must be willing to work on shifting schedule.
- Can start **ASAP**.
