**About work**仕事内容について**:
Lead and actively source, identify and evaluate new potential partners, negotiate contracts and propose commercial terms for engagement
Lead and prepare proposals for management approval for strategic partnerships where required
Oversee and launch and marketing of new partnerships
Lead and conduct performance reviews, plan for initiatives and strategies with each partner
Oversee and handle admin/servicing issues faced by partners and members
Identify potential areas, activities, and tactical through partners that can support membership growth and engagement
