- Ongoing, Full-time position
- Office Hours: 9:00AM to 5:30PM Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
- Time Zone: Same time zone as Manila, PH
- Salary: from AUD $230 per week (depending on qualifications and experience)

THE ROLE

Responsibilities include:
The role, task, and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Use dynamic pricing tools like PriceLabs to monitor market trends, competitor pricing and demand patterns, making necessary price adjustments.
- Manage inventory and rates across all booking channels and GDS, maintaining consistency and resolving discrepancies.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue and occupancy, generating reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies/software related to revenue management and online booking platforms.
- Train team members on revenue management concepts, tools, and processes.
- Evaluate and select new booking channels and revenue management systems to expand our reach and increase revenue opportunities.
- Facilitate communication with our software provider to orchestrate integration of their system with new system platforms.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in either Business/Commerce, Business Administration, Property, Property Management, Tourism, Hotel Revenue Management, or reservation
- Proven Experience in revenue management, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry, with a focus on booking channels and GDS.
- Familiarity with dynamic pricing strategies and tools like PriceLabs or similar software.
- Proficiency in using Global Distribution System(GDS) for managing bookings and optimizing revenue..
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skill, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and Self-Motivated: Initiative and drive to take ownership of tasks and responsibilities, proactively addressing issues and seeking opportunities for improvement.
- Reliable computer connectivity with POWER backup, Stable and Reliable Wi-Fi/internet connection and a lined internet connection (ethernet) and internet backup in case of outages(mobile data)

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
A proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Understanding of real estate sales processes and contract administration.

With strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions

With exceptional organisational and analytical skills

Capable of working independently as well as being a collaborative team player.

Experience in the property development industry would be highly regarded
