This role requires strong leadership, inventory management skills, and a passion for crafting exceptional coffee and healthy drinks.

**Primary Duties**

**Bar Operations & Quality Control**- Supervise daily bar activities, ensuring smooth service and efficiency. Maintain high standards in beverage preparation, including coffee and healthy drinks. Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational guidelines. Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and motivate the bar team to deliver exceptional customer service. Train staff on beverage preparation, presentation, and hospitality standards. Foster a positive and professional work environment. Inventory & Cost Management
- Monitor and manage stock levels, placing orders as needed. Track inventory usage and minimize waste. Collaborate with suppliers to maintain quality and consistency. Customer Experience & Innovation
- Engage with customers to enhance their experience and promote signature drinks. Develop new coffee and healthy beverage recipes to align with market trends. Ensure prompt and friendly service at all times.

**Qualifications**:
1. Previous experience as a bartender or mixologist preferred.

2. Knowledge of beverages, including cocktails, smoothies, and health drinks.

3. Excellent customer service and communication skills.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

5. Physical Requirements:6. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects (such as cases of beverages or gym equipment).

7. Stamina to work during peak gym hours, including evenings and weekends.

**Additional Skills**:
1. Passion for fitness, nutrition, and wellness.

2. Creative flair in developing new drink recipes.
