**Responsibilities**
- Participate in the development and preparation of the short-term and long-term plans and budgets upon company’s goals and objectives.
- Optimize the company’s system operating capabilities and stability to maximize customer satisfaction and exceed company goals.
- Manage and grow a high performing and responsive team to deliver highest IT Operation Service Level to customers.
- Work closely with CFO (Chief Finance Officer) and his/her team to perform daily reconcile and settlement of transaction accurately and timely manner.
- Responsible for cost and revenue control in account payable processes, as well as account receivable and accounting processes.
- Keep an eye on initiatives to implement more efficient working methods.
- Assist in the implementation of new technologies and processes in collaboration with other divisions.
- Ensures that all activities and operations are performed in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and laws governing business operations.
- Plan and execute successful HR policies that ensure employee benefits and compliance with company guidelines.
- Appraise and evaluate the results of overall operations regularly and report these results to the CEO.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of various business functions such as IT Operation, HR and finance.
- Strong grasp of performance metrics and data analysis
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Be able to easily detect problems and foresee future problems.
