Construction Project Coordinator (Site & Quality Supervision)

About Us

Bali Holiday Properties is an international group specializing in the development, construction, and management of luxury residential and hospitality projects in Bali.

We are looking for a Construction Project Coordinator to lead the planning, coordination, and on-site supervision of our construction projects, ensuring excellence in quality, timing, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate all project phases — from mobilization to handover — ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, and budget.
- Manage Gantt schedules, construction budgets, and progress reports (SAL) with regular updates to the Project Manager.
- Lead weekly coordination meetings, prepare minutes, manage change requests, and escalate issues proactively to avoid delays.
- Supervise on-site activities, ensuring adherence to drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Verify design vs execution, perform quality inspections, and manage issue logs and corrective actions.
- Coordinate contractors and subcontractors, track daily productivity, and monitor alignment with milestones.
- Maintain site documentation: daily reports, material logs, issue registers, and photo documentation.
- Support the Project Manager in cost control, schedule adjustments, and risk mitigation strategies.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in construction project coordination, site supervision, or a related field (residential or hospitality).
- Proven experience managing project schedules, budgets, and construction progress tracking.
- Strong technical understanding of construction methods, drawings, and documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and workflows in dynamic environments.
- Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail, strong problem-solving mindset, and a proactive approach to quality and safety.
